    Will it arrive before Christmas?

    Each mug is printed to order in 1–3 business days, then ships to you in 4–8 business days. The date under the button shows when an order placed today should arrive, and the last day to order before Christmas.

    What kind of photo works best?

    One clear photo of your baby, close up and facing the camera, in good light. We cut out your baby's head automatically, hats and bows included, and repeat it around the mug. Skip photos where a hand, pacifier or blanket covers part of the face, or where the face is small in the frame. Use the original photo from your phone, not a screenshot.

    Will it look like the preview?

    Yes. Once you upload, the preview shows your baby's face already cut out on the mug, with the name and color you picked. That is what goes to print, so we don't send a separate proof. Check the cutout and the spelling before you add it to your cart.

    Can I change it after ordering?

    Yes, within 12 hours. Email support@yallmark.shop with your order number and the new name, photo or size, and we'll update it before it goes to print. After 12 hours your order may already be printing.

    What if the print isn't right?

    If we print something different from what you typed, or your baby's face comes out noticeably darker or softer than the photo you uploaded, email us a photo of the mug and we'll reprint it at no cost.

    What if it arrives broken?

    Email support@yallmark.shop within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the mug and the box it came in. We'll print and send a new one at no cost; there's no need to send the broken one back. In December, replacements go to the front of the print queue. If a replacement can no longer reach you before Christmas, you can choose a refund instead.
